1. Business Cooperation Models

Beijing Zhongletong Technology operates under three primary business frameworks. Specific rights and obligations for each model shall be further governed by separate written contracts:

• Project Operation (Agency): The Company provides full-lifecycle operational services for third-party mobile applications and games. This includes market positioning, user acquisition, community management, and monetization optimization. We act as the authorized operator on behalf of the project owner.
• Project R&D (Custom Development): The Company provides technical research and development services. We design, code, and test bespoke mobile solutions based on client specifications. Intellectual property rights for custom-developed projects are determined by individual project agreements.
• Self-Developed Projects: The Company develops and operates its own proprietary mobile products. These products utilize various monetization strategies, including but not limited to:
  • In-app subscriptions and VIP membership systems.
  • Virtual item charges and currency systems.
  • Premium feature unlocking and "freemium" models.
  • Global advertisement monetization (rewarded video, interstitial, etc.).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, source code, and creative assets displayed on our website or within our self-developed products are the exclusive property of Beijing Zhongletong Technology. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

3. Global Compliance & Store Adaptation

Users and Partners agree to comply with the developer policies of global platforms including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We reserve the right to suspend Services if a user's behavior leads to potential violations of these platform policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

5. Legal Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

We strive to resolve any disagreements through friendly negotiation. However, if a resolution cannot be reached:

• Governing Law: This Agreement and any business cooperation arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Jurisdiction: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) for arbitration in accordance with its then-current rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Beijing. The language of the arbitration shall be Chinese.
• Individual Claims: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on our website. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
